Categorizing, posts versus pages

  I meant to categorize a post, but forgot and published it. How can I go back and add the right category?
  And I published something as a page instead of a post? How can I change that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To add categories to a post, you can open the post in the editor and then simply add the categories you want to the post.

  To change a page to a post, the only way is to do a copy and paste from the page editor to the post editor.
