  I would like to change and to delete some categories I have introduced before. Here, I can only add new category. Please help me because I want to update categories of my articles.
  Secondly, please tell me what version of wordpress I am using?

  Yes, the “new improved” dashboard doesn’t make it obvious how to delete categories. Try the “old” dashboard, found by putting wp-admin after your site name.

  https://acitoyennes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ should be it. There you can edit/delete your categories.
