  You can reach your WP Admin dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your sites URL like so: https://phonepollblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  To manage your post categories, go to your WP Admin dashboard and locate Posts on the left hand sidebar. Hover there and you’ll see categories.
