Category 586319 cannot be deleted

  In my page (http://saltwetfish.wordpress.com/wp-admin/categories.php), I keep seeing the category name 586319 (ID=3882151), no matter how many times I try to delete it, it will appear again… after a while.

  First off, check to make sure it did not somehow get assigned to any of your posts then try renaming it and then deleting it. Make sure when you rename it that the name starts with a letter rather than a numeral.
