Category and header link questions

    Hi there, just wondering if there is a way to do these things and, if so, how:

    -Make only posts from a certain category or categories appear on my blog’s front page
    -Add a custom link to the part of the header where the “Home” button and links to pages are

    I’ve searched around the options but haven’t come up with anything; help would be much appreciated.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    1. No, all posts will show on the main blog page. You can however create a static main page for your blog, and then if you are using one of the themes here that support the custom menus, you can create a tab in the top navigation to point to the categories you want.
