  My category pages no longer contain ‘/category/’ in the URL. For example, http://spinalrehabsportsmedicine.com/category/sports-medicine/ is now being displayed as http://spinalrehabsportsmedicine.com/sports-medicine/

  When I discovered this issue, category base was blank. I added ‘category’ and it did not fix the issue. Tag pages are working correctly.

  Any idea why this would happen and how to fix?
