Category capitalization problem, keeps reverting to lower case.

Whenever I type a word into the category box it de-capitalizes the first word, I have tried clearing my cache, deleting it and re-entering, deleting the articles and the category and re-doing it all, and logging in and out. When I first typed the word in I didn’t capitalize the letter by mistake, I went back to change it and now every time I try to capitalize the first letter after i save it resorts back to lower-case, I’ve tried this with other words and they stay with the first letter capitalized, the word is music and i’m trying to make it Music if that helps, Thank you.

Know that no words or letters in any URLs are ever capitalized.

it was in reference to the hyperlink to the tag, not the actual URL but i have fixed the problem now, thanks
