Category disappeared from my menu

    Hi Folks,

    Everything on my website was working yesterday, but since this morning the menu is missing all the my categories (e.g. artwork)

    I installed WooCommerce yesterday and when i connected today, all my personal already existing categories disappeared from my website UI while instead new WooCommerce categories show up (e.g. cart, checkout and so on).

    The direct link are still working so everything is still there, but i’m missing the link from my home page.

    If I check the menu under appearance, everything looks correct, i can still see my category there published, but as said they are not showing on the Website UI.

    Do you have any idea of what may be happening here? I’m looking around since this morning but with no luck at all.

    Also few hours ago, i de-activated the WooCommerce plugin hoping to bring back things as normal, but nothing changed, WooCommerce categories are still there while instead my old categories are still missing.

    In my menu (under appearance/menu) everything looks correct, artwork category is still there were instead WooCommerce category are not there, but this does not reflect the website when I check.

    Please ant hint is really appreciated, I’m really running out of options.

  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with TSO.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
