Category heirarchy not displaying properly

  In my Categories on the right hand side, I have created several “Sub-Categories”. They seem to appear correctly when looking at the back end of the site but do not appear correctly when posting (they are all just listed individually). It worked perfectly on the Menu so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong… The places “Cancun, Florida, Punta Cana & Ocean Grove, NJ” should be UNDER “Destinations”.
