Category Link in the Pages Menu
-
Hi guys, I have a quick question. I would like to place category links in the top page menu bar. I have a contributor who would like to have his own place so to speak. Ideally, he would submit a post using his own specified category (which can post to the main page). However, instead of copy/pasting the post into the page, the user could click the category link at the top of the page which lies along the rest of the page links.
I’ve looked through the help, and it seems like theres a lot of really neat things you can do with conditional tags and templates, but I’m not sure if something like this is possible. Thanks a lot!

I have the exact same question. Can I have a ‘Page’ that when clicked on, automatically shows all posts from the one category. SOunds simple but I just can’t figure it out.
Website is http://www.andyandadrian.com and ideally I would like a section at the top of the page that says ‘Videos’, and when you click on it, you get all the posts which have been categories as videos.
Thanks for your help guys :)

(Just use the category URL instead of the main blog URL, of course).

I have searched and searched for this and finally I found this page. I created a page and stuck in the full html link (<a href= and all) and IT WORKS! THANK YOU!
