Category links link to wrong category

  So if you click on most categories in the tag cloud on the lower right hand side of the site, you will see that most actually link to the wrong categories. What can this be? I’ve tried almost every single technique for handling permalinks and nothing seems to fix this. Is this a database mis-alignment?

  Please help, much thanks.

  PS: I’ve done everything on this blog from the ground up (except the posts), so any & all advice/critique would be great!
