Category – Menu – and the list of categories as sub menu.

  Hi,

  Can you please help me with a small query.

  i want to add category in Menu section and while i click on Category on Menu it should display the list of categories and should allow me to choose one category amongst the listed ones.

  Please help me in doing this..i am not able to add this on Menu and only able to show this in the side bar widget. :-( please help

  Hi PP.,

  See the Category Pages support page for instructions on setting up such a drop-down menu of links to category pages. If you want the parent item “Categories” to link to nothing, then see the answer to the question “How do I create an un-clickable parent tab for my sub-menu?” in the FAQ at the bottom of the Custom Menus support page.

  Hi,

  Thanks for the help.

  I have created the unclickable menu as per the instruction in FAQ section. but how do i create sub menus for the unclickable parent menu.

  Please suggest.

  Is there a way for the sticky posts to also show up as posts under sub categories?

  Hi @sophiasonovichxx,

  As long as a post is assigned a category, it will appear on the corresponding category page (regardless of whether it is a sticky post or not).

  If you are referring to having sticky posts on the category pages, that’s not possible. When marking a post as sticky, you only have the option to “Stick to the front page”.
