  I can’t see the categories on my right panel =(

  does the theme I have does not support categories?

  Im hoping for a help or an explanation

  All themes support categories! You can use a categories widget:
  dashboard —> appearance —> widgets —> category widget —> add or drag to sidebar:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/categories-widget/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/category-management/
  or
  You can also make a custom menu which could include some (or all) of your categories:
