  Are there any themes with a top navigation for categories+pages?

  Many themes have page navigation at the top. There’s a trick that will get you category navigation instead of pages, which can be found if you searched the forum. As far as I know, you can’t have both.

  Also, for future reference, please provide a link to your blog.

  To clarify: “you can’t have both” means that with the categories-turned-to-pages trick, the categories will look like the rest of the page-tabs – can’t separate them (other than with proper names).
