Hi there!
There currently isn’t a ‘Blog’ category on your site. If you’d like, you can review all of your existing categories and add new ones via Posts > Categories in WP Admin:
https://gigasoftblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category
The post that you linked to has the ‘News’ category assigned to it and you’ll therefore see that News appears in the right hand here:
https://gigasoftblog.wordpress.com/2015/04/11/coming-soon-3/
If you’d like, you can change the category’s name from News to Blog via the first WP Admin link above.

Since my last post I have revamped my blog with new theme, categories, and other… I don’t have the problem anymore, because this theme is showing categories. I had the problem with previous theme that I have used.

Oh, I see! That may have been a specific design choice by the theme you were previously using. I’m glad to see you were able to find a theme that matched up closed to what you were after. :)
