since, with your rudeness, i would guess you are holding yourself out as some sort of expert on ‘something’, perhaps you could answer a different question? why would you need to see my blog (your instructions above above about linking my blog to my post) to answer the question i posted? novice that i am, none that i can see.
while i definitely made a mistake in not searching properly before posting here, your rudeness was uncalled for. if i angered you enough to be rude, all you had to do was move on.

Sorry. I was not being rude. Many people come to the forums who do not have wordpress.com blogs. Software at wp.org is different and our answers do not apply. That wastes the volunteer’s time an also the questioner’s time.
The search came up with a number of answers so I left it to you to read the ones you wanted.

All you had to do, “novice that you are”, is search the forum a bit before making wrong assumptions. Tess is one of the most polite persons here, and rudeness or anger exist in your imagination only (note that Tess did answer your question: some other volunteers here would have done no more than as ask for the link). We always ask for a link to the blog if you don’t provide it or if you haven’t linked your blog to your nick. The one reason is that we often need to check things in the blog itself in order to give the right answer (not necessary in this case, of course); but the other reason is that we get a lot of wrong visits from wp.ORG bloggers: the software they use is different, the problems and solutions are different, they have their own forum, and we have to direct them to that forum, mr. barefootdaze.
Now your nickname is also your blog name (I wouldn’t be answering now if I hadn’t found your http://barefootdaze.wordpress.com/ blog), but first not everybody’s blog is named so, second it’s easier if you just give us the link, third we occasionally give an answer only to be greeted with a “oh not that blog, the other one”.
So often both you and us waste our time if you don’t give the damn link.
