Category order issue

  Hi,
  Is there a way to modify the default category order so that on all the pages of a blog the categories are shown by slug order instead of alphabetically?

  I’ve tried several plugins but it didn’t help.

  Hi chrisabian, is your site a hosted WordPress.com site, or a self-hosted WordPress.org install? These forums provide support for WordPress.com sites. Here’s some info on the difference:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  I assume you’re self-hosted, because outside plugins are not available to sites here on WordPress.com. If that’s the case, you’ll be able to find lots of help in the wordpress.org support forums. Best of luck!
