Category pages

I set up category pages so I can put multiple post to them since I can’t to a page. Is there a way to put an introduction paragraph that always show first on a category page?
I know when I put new post up there, they show first and I can change the timestamp to make the post I want first but I am trying to see if easier way to have introduction paragraph to stay first.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes. The Adding Categories section of the Categories support page says:
Adding a new category through the Site Settings section of your account allows you to include a category description and select the option to nest a new category below a Top level Category.
The categories editor where you may add a description to any category is found at My Site(s) > Settings > Writing > Categories.

A post category description may not display on the corresponding category page on every theme, but in my tests they did display on category pages on the Baskerville 2 theme.
