Category pages not showing "older" option

  I’m using the Suburbia theme for my blog. I’ve set my reading settings to only show 7 posts at a time on a page. This is fine on the main page of the blog, as it gives me a option view older posts at the bottom. However, when I choose one of the categories (also listed on the bottom under title “Entrees”) to view all the posts assigned that category, it only lists the most recent 7 and doesn’t give me the option view older posts.
  How can I get the “View Older” that’s on the front page to show on the category view pages?

  ? On category pages, there’s an “Older posts” link, bottom left, under “Navigation”.
