Category & post links not found when changing name of wp index file.

    I installed wordpress on my personal server with the index file named as index-wp.php while I worked on the design so I could leave my old site’s index.php in place until the new version of my wordpress site was ready. Today I changed index-wp.php to index.php but links to categories and posts show up as not found. :(

    I’d really appreciate any help on getting the links working again. Thanks for your time.
