Category posts not appearing on proper page

  This one has me confused….

  Here is an example of what is happening. Post_A has been flagged with “venues” and “art shows” and Post_B has been flagged with “venues” and “art shows” as well. Post_A shows up on both the “venues” and “art shows” pages, but Post_B does not appear on the “venues” page, but shows up on the “art show” page.
