Category Removal from Front Page Gazette Theme

  Hi,

  I have searched for this, but cannot find any info so apologies if it has already been asked…

  My blog is http://www.longplayerkitchen.com

  I would like to remove the category listing from the featured photos at the top of the homepage. The example here – https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/gazette/ – looks much cleaner without it, but I cannot find anywhere how to remove them for my site, if it is at all possible?

  Just noticed that the example does have a category, but only one which is not possible for mine. I would just like to know if I cn remove them from the photo….

  Hi Juddy,

  You can remove the categories from view by navigating to the Content Options panel of the WordPress.com Customizer and unchecking the box next to Display categories.

  Let me know if that helps you to achieve what you’re after! :)
