Category title doesn’t support qTranslate-X code in last WP version.

This issue is not in any of my main WP sites. It’s on http://josepaniagua.com/es/stein/ I’m administrating this site now and the plugin qTranslate were working well until I’ve updated Worpress to last version 6.1.1.
Before that, a code like [:de]Stein[:es]Piedra[:en]Stone[:] did that only displays the word on the language active, for example, if I’m on Spanish, it only displays the word Piedra, but now, the code is displayed complete, making the website looks broken.
I was looking for plugin support but it looks like they are not updated since 7 years ago, and I don’t have any hope to be supported.
But the problem came from WordPress, because in any other part of the site, the code works fine, it’s only on the “Category title” where it don’t do the work as expected.
Please, if there’s any idea for solution, apart of changing the plugin for another more actual and supported, of if WP developers can fix this in next update, I will be happy. Thank you.
