  How do I delete the category title off the top of my menu page? I posted in my writing menu by tagging to the category, but now when I hit the writing page to open, above the title says CATEGORY: WRITING.

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  It’s not possible to remove that from a category page, without the help of some custom CSS, which is available for use on the Premium plan.

  You may wish to use a static page, and place a Blog Post block into the page, filtering out that category. https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/blog-posts-block/
