Category updates did not save

Over the last two days I have been updating my categories to: treatment, symptom, trigger, coping, inspiration, nutrition & Fitness, kids & mom, products. I went through each post I have made since the very beginning! It took hours and hours!!!! So today when I check my categories under the pull down menu on my home page there are still a ton of the old categories and nothing was categorized even though after each post I updated, I pressed the Update button and waited until the green header saying it published and the check mark appeared. So now what? Can you please see why this isn’t showing up how I categorized my posts? It was a lot of work and I know I did it right so I’m frustrated and worried. Please look at my site and help as soon as possible!
