Category/Menus/Posts HELP

  I want to have post inside of a page thats inside of a category
  because I have 3 different subjects I want them to click on that subject and then the subject opens up with links and a image to the post.
  for the category on the side bar I want to be able to put those pages in the category meny widget thing.
