Catogory & page help

  I have one catogory on my page and i cant delete it for some reason. Also on my blog site i have 5 different pages but im trying to figure out how to put posts on them. Can someone please help me, i greatly appreciate it.

  1) What exactly do you mean by deleting? Delete the category altogether, or remove it from under the posts, or remove it from the sidebar?

  2) You don’t create pages and put posts on them: you create categories, file each post under the right category, then create and activate a custom top menu that includes tabs for those categories. See here for more:

  Hi, thanks for responding. I wanted to delete it all together. I read that I could post on new pages but havent been able to do it. What is the purpose in seperate pages-I’m confused. Lol

  Uh… no. Where did you read that? (I’m curious).

  Ok figured it out, thanks for all the info it worked! I can’t remember where I read about posting on pages. I was on all sorts of sites trying to find info because I had no clue what I was doing.

  I’m not deleting my catagories anymore, I didnt realize I needed them! Geesh-lol. Thanks for all the help!
