cause based blog and original art to raise money

I haven’t started this new site yet but intend to purchase the domain. I want to blog about this issue regularly. I also want to raise money for it; I have an organization to donate the money to already set up. 1) Can I put a paypal donation button on the blog? 2) I read where I can send readers to my etsy shop for original art but can I also send them to cafepress where I have my logo design on tshirts? 3) I will probably have a lot of links to similar groups that my cause supports. They will have shops attached to their sites that I won’t make money from; I just want to refer people to the websites for more info about the issue. Can I be assured my blog won’t be shut down if do add a link to one of these sites? No doubt I will be making some money from the sale of my art but that is through etsy. Thanks.
