CCS editing how it lay mans terms do i edit my title font colour etc???

It have only managed so far to alter all text into a generic setting!
I want to change my title to lowercase, the subheading to a different colour and make it bigger. also then alter the meny tab??
Can anybody help and put it into simple terms
