Cell phone access

  I have the basic, free site……but when my friends, and even myself, try to access the HR Diner with our cell phones, we can’t. Any suggestions?

  Also…..I’ve been with WordPress for 6 yrs now…..and I’m sure ‘things’ have changed in 6 yrs and are upgraded. (Are upgrades to the site automatic?) And I want to do more with my site…..what do you recommend????

  Hi

  I was able to successfully open your site, hrdiner.wordpress.com, using my iPhone.

  The site uses the WordPress.com default mobile responsive theme, so that the content is easier to read on the smaller screens. However, because this is the default theme, it doesn’t have the same colors and graphics as it does when you look at it on a computer.

  When you say you can’t access the site on your cell phones, are you getting an error message, or do you mean it just doesn’t look the same as on the computer?

  You do have the option to switch your WordPress.com theme to one that is more up to date and will display correctly on phones.
