Cellphones unable to access my website.

  People are complaining they can’t view my blog on their cellphones. How do I adjust the settings so that they can view it from their Ipads and mobile cellphones?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have Mobile viewing enabled?

  Dashboard >> Appearance >> Mobile >> Enable mobile theme

  Remember to save changes

  Can you let us know which phones they’re using, if they only have trouble over the cell network (as opposed to wifi), and if they see any error messages?

  Thanks! That’s good to know. Someone left this comment that the website doesn’t download on the Motorola Droid and the new iphone 4. But if it is working on most cellphones then that’s good.

  The screenshot above was done with my iPhone 4S, which I assume he means by “the new iphone 4”. :)

  If he replies again, would you ask if the problem is over just his cell network, and if so, what his cell network is?
