Hi,
any idea if I can take legal action against wordpress for censoring our material
they have denied they are censoring the material, and claimed the comments are beign captured as spam, however, having just made this account, and posted the same comments on blogs, I realised that my comments are being captured
I have tried to get email support but I have been brushed aside
so if you know how i can report them please email

I have no doubt that you could find some lawyer to take your money and bring legal action. I think that if you are trying to claim that spam filtering is censorship you are almost certain to lose though.

Are you asking specifically about comments you leave on a blog are not being published?
Note also that a blog owner can set comments to require approval and they can just throw away your comments – no requirement for a blog owner to approve ANY comment –
