Censorship, suspension and deletion policies regarding content
-
Hello,
I am looking for a blog host, and considering wordpress.com. Before I make a decision, I would like information and feedback, from both users and staff members, on how wordpress.com treats blogs containing truly radical and controversial ideas and content, that are not pornographic and do not DIRECTLY threaten violence against any specific individuals.
Twitter suspended and will not restore my account because I tweeted direct links to the recent, censored by virtually all western news media, uncensored videos of ISIS beheading two americans and 1 british citizen. I want to be clear on whether or not wordpress.com censors, and/or will suspend/delete an account, for posting violent content that is in the public domain and does not involve the user threatening anyone directly.
To give you an idea, my blog will vehemently condemn religion and government, calling for atheism and anarchy. My blog will be clearly in support of the elimination of all governments, without directly asking anyone to commit any act of violence. My blog will call for the eradication of religion, as well as the termination of the family unit, elimination of all parental rights, elimination of all monetary currency, elimination of the judicial system and of all punishment.
Will WordPress.com respect my free speech rights to call for these positive social reforms, in polite, respectful, yet vehemently passionate essays, or will content be censored, or my account suspended/deleted, even though no threats of violence are made?
Regarding violence, my blog will be “pro-violence”, based upon the fact that society and government is structured upon violence, promoting and carrying out violence against all individuals on a genocidal scale. There is a distinction between directly calling for violence against a specific individual or entity, and openly acknowledging that violence in general is both legitimate and necessary as a direct response to socially sponsored violence, without making any direct threat of violence against any individual/structure.
I want to know whether wordpress.com understands and respects this distinction, or whether it will censor based upon political climate or government pressure, as twitter and many other social networks do.
Thanks for your comments.
