center captions below single image

  On the old editor the captions underneath a single image always appeared centered. I cannot seem to work out how to do this now, they are always left aligned. Is that not possible anymore? Example here: https://ourrubbishblog.wordpress.com/2020/09/06/happy-sunday-roast-day/
