Center Menu Bar

  I was able to make a Menu Bar. Is there a way to center it on the page? I searched this forum and Google but keep finding references to PHP and CSS. I haven’t upgraded anything yet and am just using WordPress.com for my page so far. I’m trying to hold out on upgrading for as long as I can.

  – which theme you are using
  – if you bought the Custom CSS Upgrade or not.

  Is is Coraline. I have not bought the CSS upgrade. If there is a way to do it in a different theme I am willing to switch. I have a feeling ultimately I will probably just need to do the CSS upgrade and/or learn more about PHP. Right now, I am just trying to make a basic site for free without any hosting costs or upgrade fees.
