  Is there a way to center my menu across the top of my screen on dosesofdesign.com?

  You copypaste such codes into the CSS editor (Appearance > Custom Design > CSS), after you delete the whole welcome message.
  But never try to use “that code” if that code refers to a different theme: each theme has a different structure,and different CSS selectors, so an answer that applies to one theme will produce erratic results or no results at all on another theme.
