  on photo gallery page i wish to center title and i dont know how
  if it helps im usint the theme “Vantage”

  The site you’ve referred to doesn’t seem to be hosted on WordPress.com.

  Just to clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress are entirely separate. If you need help with a standalone install of the WP software, you need to post over at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account there, you’ll need to register one.
