Center Page Titles in Menu Bar

  Hello! Is there a way I can center the Page Titles in the Menu navigation bar without purchasing the Custom CSS upgrade? Even if I have to go page by page and do it, that’s fine. I just can’t afford the Custom CSS upgrade right now. Thanks!
