Center Tagline and Site Title!

    What am I trying to do? Only one of THE MOST BASIC text manipulation techniques there is! Every other software program I use you can easily center text with the TOUCH OF ONE BUTTON. Why oh WHY must wordpress be SO ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING???? Hours and HOURS of WASTED time to do a simple task!!! Research shows frustrated customers have been asking this VERY SAME question for YEARS!!! Come on get this sorted out! There are other blogging platforms you know!
