Center Widgets
-
Tonal Theme. I have the Facebook share and Twitter timeline widgets and I would like them centered.
I would appreciate any help.
Sincerely

Hi gkozlinski,
What specifically do you mean when you say you want them centered? Widgets are usually either in the left or right sidebar depending on your theme.

In the Tonal theme, the widgets are displayed in a hidden panel that you can reach by clicking the menu link at the top right.
See http://tonaldemo.wordpress.com/ (click the button with 3 lines, top right)
This page explains a bit more about how Tonal works in case that also helps:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/tonal/Since the Facebook and Twitter widgets work by embedding content in an iframe, this means you cannot affect the content for them using CSS. This is a security measure in browsers. So while you may be able to move the widget areas completely, there is not a way to center content within those widgets themselves.
Hopefully, this helps explain everything a bit better. If you’re still having trouble, please point to a specific example using Tonal’s demo site at http://tonaldemo.wordpress.com/ that someone can use as a point of reference.
