Centering Entire Website on the Screen

  Hello.
  I am becoming re-acquainted with WordPress. The dashboard is a bit different.
  My question is in reference to some of the Themes that park themselves on the left
  side of the screen. How can I center up the ones that are to the left.
  I want the entire WordPress site to be centered when it is opened.
