Centering header text

  I’m using a Mac OSX 10.6.7 with Google Chrome, but users will be coming from all different computers and browsers
  I just want to center the red text in my header, but cannot get it to float anywhere but left or right

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
