Centering Menu bar and Header Title

  I’m trying to center my menu bar and my site title and slogan but I can’t find a CSS code anywhere. My website is http://www.healthylifehealthyliving.com and I’m currently using the accelerate theme from Themegrill. Doesn’t anybody know how to do this? Thank you!
