  How can I center a page heading in wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Would you please clarify what you mean by “page heading”? Do you mean the page title, like “Welcome”?

  There is no way to directly center it, but you could center all titles via CSS with a Custom Design upgrade.
