centering photo

  In previous posts I have moved my photos by clicking on it and then a window comes up and gives me the option to move it right, center or left. In my latest post I click on the image and a four headed arrow comes up, but no window that will let me move it to the center. What gives?

  Now it is a bit simpler. Once you click on the photo, you go up to the Visual Editor and select either align left, right or center.
