centering the secondary menu
-
I need help with http://www.herlandforest.org
The person who created the site had a fatal car accident, and I’m trying to pick up the work. I’m having a problem center justifying the secondary menu, the one that starts with Purchasing A Plot. We’d like it to be centered under the primary menu, but don’t know how to make that happen. We’re using Virtue as a theme
with appreciation,

Hi Walt,
Sorry to hear about the car accident. Unfortunately, it appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/virtue
Whilst I’m here though, I still had a go at this for you. Please try using the following CSS:
#nav-second ul.sf-menu>li>a { margin-left: 100%; }That should give you the following effect: https://prnt.sc/lu4ho3
Let me know if that works for you. :)

It appears I spoke too soon :(
Now, the drop down menu under Purchasing a Plot comes down under the old position, not the new one.
And now the links to Memorial Day Gathering and Affiliated Funeral Providers don’t work, but the link to Herland Forest Bird List does!
I’m lost as to how to proceed.

Oops, sorry about that. Please remove the CSS I gave you above and try replacing it with this:
#nav-second { position: relative; left: 17%; }That should hopefully centre the menu but also ensure the links work as they did previously.
