    Why am I being charged $24 on my AMEX? i don’t have any active sites or Akismet subscriptions

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there!

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.

    If it indicates that it was an Akismet charge, reach out to Akismet support with that transaction ID for help as you may have a second account that you had forgotten about:
