Central hub for a few different blogs – is it possible?

  I have a few different websites based around news from different UK towns/cities (Luton, Milton Keynes and Northampton). Is there any theme that would allow me to bring posts from them all to one central hub site?

  Might sound a bit confusing – sorry! Something a bit like this does: http://www.readeverything.co/ (but that’s obviously not WordPress.com) I just want to know if something similar is possible.

  We have two options:
  1. Use RSS Feed widgets in sidebars or footer areas depending on the theme. https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/ They cannot be used to fill post or page content.

  2. Create a custom menu and then include custom links in it to the sites.
