So, first you can center the title by editing the ‘style.css’, search for ‘.site-header h1’, and put ‘text-align: center;’ under the ‘margin-bottom: 0’.
-
To change the menu borders gold, you need to edit the style.css again and search for ‘.main-navigation ul.nav-menu, .main-navigation div.nav-menu > ul’, change the ‘1px solid #ededed’ to ‘1px solid gold’ on both border-bottom and border-top. That should do it.

This is of course assuming that you have bought the Custom Design upgrade for $30 per year. Otherwise you will not be able to do the above.
More about that here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
You can upload a header (which could be your logo) for your site by going Appearance -> Header and uploading a picture or using one already in your media library. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/

this is the only thing i have there
.main-navigation ul.nav-menu,
.main-navigation div.nav-menu > ul {
display: none; -
Look for this:
.main-navigation ul.nav-menu,
.main-navigation div.nav-menu > ul {
border-bottom: 1px solid #ededed;
border-top: 1px solid #ededed;
display: inline-block !important;
text-align: left;
width: 100%;
}

Sorry, wrong code. Look for this:
.main-navigation ul.nav-menu,
.main-navigation div.nav-menu > ul {
border-bottom: 1px solid #ededed;
border-top: 1px solid #ededed;
display: inline-block !important;
text-align: left;
width: 100%;
} -
