Centred header content (sharing buttons)

  Hello, I have two WP installs with Twenty Eleven themes on them, one is a local (multi contributor) blog and the other is a local business directory. I have copied other some header content and all looks and works well (header.php). I just copied sharing buttons from share this and a like button from Facebook, they are all in a table but I cannot centre it. I tried to change some settings in the style.css but couldn’t find correct part..

  As well as centering the social buttons I would like to have less of a gap between then an nav area above, unless this is a WP thing?
